Journaling:
When looking through scanned photos on one of the External Hand Drives saved from when
our home was flooded in 2020, I came across this photo I had scanned from one of
my mother’s albums. I had titled the file with the names of those in the photo which would
have been written by my mother in the album. It is good I had those names now
as I would have only been able to recognise my mother in the middle. The others are her
cousins Dorrie and Jack Conway who lived not far from her. They spent a lot of time together
during their childhood. I am guessing my mother would be around 14 or 15 years old and it
looks like they were dressed in costumes for something.
