sp4 began the foundation with a levels adjustment to lighten it a bit. Several layers from ALT template, ATLinger_2, and ATLInger_4 were all added and moved to create the background. The extracted photo was placed between the layers stack of two groups of transfers. MMSuns2_1 layers were placed, turning off transfer and splatter, replacing the sun with Hiking SunMetalYellow. Hiker, butterfly and partial SummerNotions sunglasses make up the side cluster. WA1_4 was placed, turning off the word chase.

The Indy 500 is quite the "spectacle" as well named. Our family loves it. We used to live in Speedway right down the street from the track and listened to the drivers practicing for days, back in the mid 60's. The sound of that was just amazing. Pouring the milk over their head is quite a thing too. I hope Walt gets to see it in person, soon. The whole place has been upgraded so well, since Penzke became the owner.
