Oh my gosh Celestine!! What a hauntingly beautiful layout. I love the reverence and respectful feel of this. I love the rays of the sun shining down on them. Such a wonderful layout.
War is so tragic and your beautiful and touching layout really brings it home. This is wonderful. I especially like the golden light you've given the page over the darker shadows.
@FloridaGranny@AK_Tracy Thanks so much. Simplette has two sets of brush rays like that and I have used them a lot in the short time I've had that kit. I also realized I forgot one of the sisters....THREE of Aschel Tompkins' sisters had husbands die in the war in 1863.
