I had a sleepless night the day before I went to Callantsoog, a very long trip (3 hours) and my mind thought of every disaster possible..In the morning I didn't really want to go, but I knew that I would regret staying home. So I went, i got panicked but for the most I had a wonderful day.
Fantastic!!! Your journaling is awesome, I love the what/how/when. Placing the word art over the person's face is brilliant, as if you are blocking out your fears. Such a great AJ page!
I give away my good advice, but having panic before you have to do something makes no sense, usually it's not too bad afterwards, but I understand you though.
I also love the wordart over the face in this situations.

This is such a wonderful layout. I love all the strong women/poses blended into the background. Shows the fierce determination to resolve those fears. And sleepless nights worrying about "what could" are the worst. So glad you went, those views are amazing.
I love the alpha used for the word "RESOLVE"
Love the bg and the blended elements and love the woman sitting on the beautiful photos as if to say, "I conquered my fears!" Good job!
