Process:
Started with a new blank document and white background. Placed the ALT layers (minus the background layer) onto the page. APP transfer3, and ap1 were clipped to the frame masks, resizing, and recoloring the mask for the transfer to white. Miss Bunny clip art was placed and clipped to psd layers of FB1_5. The candle was set onto the cake top, given an extra glow with a star brush of bright yellow set on soft light blend mode and gradient fill, painted highlights and shadows on the bunny back. Birthday WA cluster2_3, and elements were added to the frames. The dotted overly was placed and masked to remove dots from bunny face, duplicated, all set on soft light, with splatter1 finishing the layout.
