Oscraps April 25 ATC A - Eye

I LOVE this bundle by Joyful Heart Designs, it has so many possibilities!
I wanted to use it for my ATC, but didn't have an idea. Until I was putting away a Rumi book and opened to a bookmarked page and there was this quote, like magic!
I blended together a patterned and two "Muses" papers for my background. I had fun putting this together!
