Still playing this is my take for week four, when thinking of a word, Slowdown came to me pretty quickly, Slowdown is a word I managed to get told quite frequently from my hubby, girlfriend and just recently my physio, a couple of months back I broke my knee, and my physio quite recently when I was doing some exercise came out with, slowdown is not in your dictionary I know, but slowdown, believe me I am trying to take notice it is hard.
