Day 7 challenge is to do a re-do. One of my first layouts here in challenges was the page I redid. I really like the newer version better. I used Winter Music, Backyard Vibes for the sun and Silver Frost.
This is fantastic! I LOVE your sun rising behind the plant - is that fireweed I see? - You have done a great job of portraying the poem. The slow rejuvenation is emulated beautifully with the scene you created , especially the light shining from behind. I, the reader, FEEL the poem through your visuals.
This is so beautiful Tracy! I really like your journaling poem, I've never read it before but it's perfect for your page and it's ovely. I really like how you've typed it in white on either sice of your page, how creative and it looks great. I like the way you scrapped this very much!

Thank you Amy! It is not fireweed. I used only kit items and Winter Music has wonderful leaves and berries you can add to the barren branches. It was so much more fun to create this time around, more supplies, more skills and more embodiment of the poem.

Thank you Marilyn. I had never heard/read the poem before this challenge back in April. So it was extra fun to revisit this page and make it more. Its so fun to see how much more my pages are from my first start at SG and even from starting here. Who knows what 2025 will bring in scrap abilities but the designers for sure make me look more skilled with their amazing pieces.
Thank you Chris! I knew with the poem the sun needed to be rising and I love how it turned out this time. I love how PSE styles can change things and the opacity really helps some elements to shine through.
