Made for the Art challenge. My inspiration was Starry nights and for Photoshop it was one of his landscape. I took the photo in a Solow shop in The Hague, I didn't like the decoration but loved a giant dragon. When Art Ventures and Erin made a stunning collab I thought of that dragon.

I selected the dragon copied to another layer. I used the Style transfer and clicked on the painting of van Gogh on the dragon head. I also used the parametric Oil paint filter.
I used liquify on the back ground and the same combination of paint effects. To made the background darker I played with "Color Look up"
