journaling reads:
Gratitude shifts with perspective—everything feels relative, like a balance of big and small moments. Instead of sweeping change or grand gestures, I find myself pausing over little things each day. The warmth of my hands around a mug in the morning, the softness of thick socks against cold floors, the light filtering through the last yellow leaves, clinging even as branches grow bare. I am grateful for these small constants, the subtle comforts. November asks me to stand still, to pay attention, to find enough in what’s here and now.
