Dementia: A Slow Dying/chall 6

One of the considerate and enjoyable outings that our caregiver, Cathy, planned for my husband was a trip to the Glass Garden. Initially, my husband appeared hesitant to engage in the gardening activity, perhaps due to reluctance to get his hands dirty. However, with patience and gentle coaxing on Cathy's part, he eventually warmed up to the idea and was so proud to present me with his accomplishment.

Oh my! What a layout! I love how you wove the photos into the lattice work. I feel like he's coming out of the garden. Truly a master piece. I love the journal and photos on the side. What a beautiful layout design and concept.

What a wonderful way to preserve the memory of a great day! I love the OOB effect. Your caregiver sounds like a special woman and you and your husband are lucky to have her. Great job on this!

Wow and I just don't have any more words. This is just full of so many emotions as my mil is declining and not accepting. I'm sorry, I can't find any way to express how this makes me feel, but the page itself is masterful, but the emotion overwhelming
Congratulations! Your layout will be featured in the Friday Cheery-O Favorites blog post.
