Journaling reads: Phase 1 - The bushes along the whole front of the house, that were tall enough to be trees, are gone. No more clogging the gutters with their leaves. Maybe the overflow when it rains, caused from the leaves, will no longer be a problem.
Phase 2 - Remove the stumps and fill in with dirt so the runoff water goes out into the yard instead of the basement. If that doesn’t work to keep the water out of the basement there will be a.....
Phase 3 - digging out the dirt around the foundation and trying to seal the basement wall. I pray that will not be necessary for Mark to do! 9/2/24
