Art Journaling July Week 1

The July Word Prompt is COURAGE. I was inspired by one of the synonyms - specifically the word "GRIT". One of my favorite collections is She's Got Grit by Vicki Stegall Designs. I also used a blended background with She's Got Grit and The Struggle is Real Self Esteem Backgrounds by Crafty Button Designs and Rachel Jefferies.
I also used Daddy's Hand Edges by CarolW Designs.

I LOVE THIS!!! I love all the symbols and word strips and your photo! So much symbolism in all the elements. What you picked and how you placed them. WOW!!! I keep looking and looking and more and more and just WOW. I am sure that sounds crazy but the words aren't even there to describe the feeling this brings out.

Tracy, you always "get me" - it's like you look into my heart. I have been feeling a tad more "centered" for the last couple of days, so I wanted to do something different. There's still so much deep meaning in my page, thank you, thank you, thank you for seeing it. You don't know how much your comments mean to me. :hug3::hug4:
