process:
I started with solid paper 3 as the base.I used color adjustment to give it a slightly more blue tint. I then clipped my first image to a FotoBlendz from the collection and began to build the page. I used a frame and multiple layers of the ALT then layered my extracted image beneath the frame.I added brushes from the app, multimedia,and wordart to complete.
