One thing that I struggle with is accepting my age. A small sign of growth for me is when I take the societal pressure of "aging gracefully" and boot it out the window! This page reflects that feeling of freedom and joy I get whenever I do that.

You have expressed your feelings and thoughts so well on this page, Chris. I guess, just talking about it is growth. I struggle with this too and need to get over it. LOVE the two women in the picture just having fun. "Age is just a number" but gosh....................
