February Art Journaling Challenge Week 4

As most of you know by now, my soul mate and the love of my life passed away on January 22nd (one month today). The theme for this month is Discover, and I dug deep into my emotions as I tried to convey how I'm "trying" to discover how to be a widow and not a wife of 44 years.

That you have been able to express your grief in such a way is a testament to your strength, courage and will to endure! I know you will continue to feel as you do but I hope your memories will sustain you through this difficult time!

Thank you for your wonderful words of support, Christi. One of the last promises I made to my husband was that I'd stay strong. I sure am trying to keep that promise and art journaling has helped me get my feelings out. :heartpumpred: :hug3:

Each small step along this path is helping you deal with the emotions since Chuck has passed. You need to express them somehow as you journey on. Your memories of him are so precious. Beautifully put together layout.

I am so sorry, I could not imagine losing my love. My deepest sympathy. What a beautiful way to express yourself, I hope life will become more balanced. Congrats on being featured!!
