Some frames were removed or transformed. Embrace Life Pattern Paper 1 was placed for the foundation. Stains, papers, etc. were recolored. The foliage brush was replaced with the bicycle brush. Embellished with elements, stains, splatters, word art and journaling. The Prismatic 3 Artsy Transfer was clipped to the kite, blend mode Multiply and threadz added.
A picnic at a Dallas park. Dad thought it was funny to take pictures of the boys ‘watering the trees.’ And Scott stood like a statue for hours, it seemed, flying a kite. This is another favorite photo of Dad’s, a large, a framed copy always hung on their bedroom wall. Along with a fire fascination, Scott was similarly awestruck with planes and jets and still always looks to the sky when he hears one.
