When I saw these beautiful stiletto heels ornaments in Hobby Lobby, I knew I had to have a pair. This is my first Christmas back at home with Daddy. I tried to put something on the tree, that was unique to each of the people dear to Daddy. A doll for Aunt Pat, a gnome for Kim, service ornaments for Uncle Joe, Daddy, Skip, and me, the space shuttle just for Daddy, and these are just perfect for Mom. She would have adored them.
They also reminded me of these pictures of Santa dolls. The more I look at them, the more I know I can make them ornament sized. Mom would like that, too. In fact, she would have already made them. I will have them made by next Christmas, maybe with some Mrs. Clauses too.
