Journaling: So, I’ll start at the beginning of their life together. Dad had just returned from Korea the same year Mama graduated High School, 1952. Dad’s sister Barbara introduced them. Their graduation pictures and the outfits they wore to the ceremony, very dressy, compared to today’s kids. Dad must have really liked white. But I don’t remember ever seeing him in white, except for his t-shirts, which he wore wrong side out because the tags bothered him. He would have been thrilled with how they are printed now.
The Project Template Album p1 layers were placed on the background. Photos were clipped to the fotoblendz and the small frames, some small frames were repositioned or removed. Solid Paper 1 was placed below the template layers, followed by transfers from the palette, then MultiMedia element and word art were placed. Stains in the template were left black except for the foliage which were recolored a green color sampled from the transfers. Finished with the names and journaling. The pink fotoglow from the MultiMedia was duplicated and placed below the names. And the template threads were separated into two layers and transformed away from the photos.
