What a cool idea! Literally! We went to an "Ice Bar" once (in Iceland), and it was weird. I'm not sure I'd like the ice castle immersion either, but I DO like to look at it in this fascinating layout!
I had no idea this was a thing. I like the idea of "ice artists" and the description of what they create is fantastical. Beautiful use of the challenge colors.
