It's funny that the ArtPlay Inclement Collection works so well with clement weather.
Mostly a freeform design, but I decided I would blend one large photo on each page and frame the others.
Used Uncanny FotoBlendz for the blended photos, and duplicated the lacy layers, filled with blue, and spread them around the background (which is Inclement Papers).
Used Framed Masks and an Artsy Kardz matte for the photos. Added a red stroke on one of the black frames to get some red bits around the page (plus splatters and a button)
Added Transfers, Splatters and Elements.
