Inspiration – My inspiration came from the name of the collection -Inclement. So dug out some foggy -cloudy photos.
Start – New>File 12x12 300.
Paper – I placed Solid paper 3 above the background layer.
Transfers-Placed transfer 4 against the top edge. And on the left edge I stacked Transfer 1, Gold Paint, and Overlay 3 on the left edge. The Artstroke was placed below the photos.
Brush – The Artstroke brush was put between the large photo and the framed photos.
Frames-Took the frames from Artsy Template 211
Photos – One layer painted black tracing the white area of Transfer 4 was placed above the Transfer and one of the photos was attached to it using Layer>Create Clipping Mask. Deed three pictures to the frames using the same method.
Elements – Put MultiMedia Rain 1.3 over the large photo, then in a group put the ribbon, butterfly and word strip in the rain.
Title – Used the wood words Perfect and Joy
Finally added Drop Shadows where necessary. And then added a layer at the top and used a blending brush in white with a low opacity to represent fog.
