Images of my Aunt Mary,Dad, and my Mom's Mom.I found the background colored image online that was their city, main street back in the day. My Dad and his Mother,brothers lived just down the street, growing up, from Mom's childhood home.My Aunt Mary would have been a great-Aunt, she was married to my Grandmother's brother. Dad's family later moved to a house on the edges of town, but now is part of the town, sort of a suburb.Aunt Mary and her sons lived a few streets over and I got to visit with them often.Aunt Mary was a fabulous cook and we often ate lunch with her.When I think of my childhood, these people are always included in my thoughts.So many times, when we gathered it was either at one of my Grandparent's house or Aunt Mary's.I am very grateful for these memories that encompass my journey.
