On Thursday night I went down to the Riverfront Park hoping to view the US Pavilion light show... I spent an hour wandering aorund waiting for it to get dark, but then instead of colored lights, there was a movie... I eventually headed home... was not comfortable, sitting on the concrete steps with no back rest.
We lived in Spokane during the 1974 world’s fair... As a family we all had season passes and and spent many happy hours exploring the grounds... That said I had never seen this waterfall, that I can remember or heard of it... I was quite fascinated by in and spent a bit of time wandering around , viewing the various levels....
