I used the [URL='https://www.oscraps.com/shop/Sketch-Effect-Action.html']Sketch Effect Action[/URL] by Karen Schulz on the picture, combined with some photoshop filters like the watercolor one.
Then I blended the picture into the background and used brushes from the kit to complement it.
