I used a FotoBlendz Overlays 22 on the left, duplicating and customizing for my photo.
On the right I placed all the layers from the Urbicolous Artsy Layered Template, clipping the same image to all 3 frames and placing it in the background in Overlay Mode (x2).
A color adjustment is placed over all the ALT/background layers to go from red to yellow.
City WordArt title, and pieces of MM City used for embellishment.
