I decided to not plant any vegetables this year in my boxes, yet we have more tomatoes from volunteer plants than we had last year from the ones I planted!

The goldfinches LOVE eating the seeds from the sunflowers I planted a couple of years ago! And I love watching the flowers sway under the weight of the birds.

Since the steps are broken, Asher had to run around the side of the house to get back onto the deck. He could jump down but it was too high for him to jump back up.

Abby spent the week with us when Hannah and Ryan went to the Arise Bible Conference in Tennessee. We played lots of games and enjoyed her being with us.

Ilene spent 3 weeks in WV. We got together for lunch and went to Carolyn’s to play games when she got back.

I made lots of salsa out of the tomatoes that were coming on like crazy. We took lots of the cherry and husky cherry tomatoes to the people at church. Little Ellie LOVES cherry tomatoes!
