I was pregnant with our first child when I was diagnosed with asthma. I had so much difficulty breathing I thought I was going to die. Since then, I have had many asthma attacks and at least one that could have been fatal. Asthma leaves you tired and, at times, struggling to do the day to day chores or activities. This makes the good days that much more special.
This is so true and so appropriate right now, Evelyn. I love it and remember - "Just Breathe". I have one tattoo and it's on the underside of my wrist and it says "Breath" It's a constant reminder to me to breathe.

Thank you so much, Cheryl! It's easy for me to get overwhelmed and see what I need to do but am unable to do. I pray and ask the Lord for strength to get things done that I need to do. Your tattoo is so appropriate. We need to stop and remember to breathe. Some days that is an accomplishment in itself.
So sorry to hear that you are so severely Asthmatic Evelyn. I am Asthmatic too, no where near as severe as you. Remembering to breathe is good advice. This is such a great layout and I love the photo of you, with the big cluster.

Thank you so much, Claire. I am sorry to hear you are also asthmatic but glad you are doing well. I think my problem is that mine was not treated for so long that I just got used to not breathing well. I am on maintenance medicine which helps. Thank you for your sweet comments about my layout!
I'm sorry Evelyn that you suffer from asthma. I hope and keep my fingers crossed that medicine continues to progress and that asthmatics don't have to suffer so much!! You look great on your beautiful page. A big hug from Germany
