ArtPlay Palette Bliss Solid Paper 5 creates the foundation. Additional transfers and overlays from the collection paint the ground. The photo duplicated and was altered with the graphic pen. The graphic pen layer was set to HardLight blending mode. The Palette round frame was used to accent and ground the image and the MultiMedia Elements.
