Today I am quite frustrated!!! It's been a whole month since my husband's car had to go to the garage, and much to my annoyance, it still hasn't been repaired. Apparently the missing part is not in stock and it can take as little as a week, but even several months before it is available. What a disastrous service from this garage!
To make the situation worse, my husband is now using my car to go to the office, so I am now housebound. I miss my freedom and the feeling of independence that having my own car provides. What irritates me even more is that the garage has no replacement cars. It is incomprehensible that they do not provide alternative transportation for their customers, especially when repairs can take so long. I understand that they depend on suppliers, but surely there must be a better solution to help customers during this waiting time.
Hopefully the missing part will be delivered soon and my husband's car will finally be repaired. I long to be able to use my own car again and resume my daily routines. Until then, I will have to be patient, but it is hard to suppress my frustrations and sense of limitation.
