Well, I'm a huge fan of brushes and UrbanStitchez so I was happy to see Anna's new creations.
Creating process:
1. I started with a solid paper as the foundation of my page.
2. I placed a brush from ArchiTextures No. 7, and added a brown color layer style to it (it fit the background paper).
3. I chose a "long" stitch and I imagined that it would fasten the title text.
4. So I chose a bold font (Aileron) and wrote 'home' text with it. I added a paper and clipped it to the title layer. I added a drop shadow layer stlye to the text, then created a new layer from it. I deformed the shadow layer with warp tool and added a Gradient Blur filter to it.
5. On the GoogleMaps I searched for the addresses, where we lived after our children were born and saved images. I added a drop shadow and inner stroke layer style to all of them.
6. Then I started the playing with the brushes. To the HandScript brushes I added a blue color overlay layerstyle to remind me a handwritten by pen. I added lots of layers from the ArtsyTransfers Eunoia.
7. Finally I added some elements with realistic drop shadow to my page.
Thanks for looking!
