The left side uses Artsy Layered Template 185 from the collection. On the right I custom blended the cupcakes, adding balloons, transfers, Jazzed Up Loops and a few buttons.
The photos on the left are not very good, so I covered them with Jazzed Up Loops, getting color from the Fotoglows.
