Process A Solid Paper, Transfers and an Artsy Transfer form the Foundation for this Layout. My Focal Image was Extracted, with PhotoShop Filters (Accented Edges and Poster Edges) applied to the Image. An Edge Overlay with a Darken Blending Mode was placed on top of the Image. Dimensional Elements and a WordART Cluster were placed on top of the Layout. A Heart Brush in Blue and Splatters were Added. Journaling completed the Page.
