I started with the photo from pixabay, loaded fotoblendz, grouped, and clipped photo to group, adjusting layers slightly. I placed Solid Paper 1 below and then started adding transfers, etc. above to build the background. Embellished with custom cluster, plus MultiMedia Magic Sprinkles 4-2 (gems with blue color/layer style overlay) and Meraki WordART cluster 1-5. Added two triangle brushes to complete a visual triangle of triangles including the one around her neck that was in the photo.
