My inspiration was the minimalistic beach layout from ViVre. I couldn’t quite let myself go that minimalistic though and added birds, elements, and word art.

Construction: I placed the ArtPlay Palette Chills Solid Paper #2 as the background. I placed my husband’s photo (exposure manipulated via Adobe Camera Raw) across the lower part of the page and made it much smaller. I used the PS clone tool to extend the water to the right.
I added ArtsyTransfers Chills #4 at the bottom and at the top, masking and moving layers. I added a hue adjustment for the blue coloring. I also added some transfers from ArtPlay Palette Winter Wonderland.
I added ScriptTease Winter No 1 to the water areas; Crocheted Snow No 1, ArtPlay Palette Winter Wonderland Button and Button Threadz No 6 for the cluster.
I added Take Flight No 4 birds to the sky and the cluster made up of ArtPlay Palette Winter Wonderland Brad, Button Threadz No 6, and parts of the Seasons WordArt Clusters No 1 #4.
