Photo on he right blended using a Cosmopolis Transfer, supplemented with brushes.
Another photo of balloons was blended behind the main photo.
Lots of Transfers and Brushes added.
I created this over 3 days so hard to remember exactly what I did - just played with placements and brushes until it looked good enough :)
