I have been mulling over this since Jan 1, and finally settled on some simple and non-specific goals, giving myself lots of leeway to succeed. I thought I'd try the desaturated/PS Filtered effect I'm seeing a lot of lately, on this March 2022 photo of me in my overalls and visor, my usual daily outside attire.

I started with Anew Artsy Paper 3, rotated 45 degrees and added the original photo, masked. I added Snowy FotoBlendz 3-4, clipped a copy of the photo to it after desaturating and applying the Photoshop Filter Conte Crayon and adjusting the hues (and later added a Color Lookup Crisp Warm). Added Artsy Transfer, WordART, elements, bullet list journaling, MultiMedia Document 2-3, Artsy Clocks 4-1, sprinklez and splatters. I customized the Anew word art 'LET IT GO' to LET IT FLOW'
