My family is much the same way... my 4 sisters and I all live relatively close to one another, but the kids and grandkids are spreading out across the country and it's harder and harder to get everyone together. Your layout is very touching in its theme and beautifully scrapped.
Oh this is so special! My family is scattered all over the world and we haven't celebrated Christmas together in more than 10 years. I absolutely love the simple embellishments at the top of the photo, as well as the blended background. Just beautiful!
