Process


I dragged the template onto a 12x12 document


Using the same photo duplicated I clipped them to the frames.


Using the eyedropper I sampled a colour within the photo and filled an empty layer to create the background.


Layers were recoloured to complement the layout.


WordART and glows were placed.


Finally using the stars presets I stamped the star sprays over the layout.
