I started with Cynefin Artsy Paper 3, added transfer 2, gold paint 2 and brush transfer. Added a brown photo filter above those layers to darken just a bit. Placed Linear FotoBlendz 4-4 with photo clipped to it, Cynefin elements, word art, word transfer, urban threadz Framed 3-1, and the date using Font Dambuleff. I added the scattered stars using the NEW Star brush presets with a gold sparkle pattern overlay (layer styles) and Bevel/Emboss, Splatters, and Paper Texture 9-9 (fill with brown, blend mode Linear Burn) and duplicated.
