This art journal page is not difficult, but does take some time. I began with the whitest of the traveler's notebook style journal papers from Junque Journal 02, rasterized the paper, then used the magic wand tool to select just the white "pages", copied and pasted them in place. Next I selected the background I wanted on the journal, dragged it onto the workspace and clipped it to the copy. After that, it was a matter of getting the elements to feel right and doing the journaling.
