The background paper that I started with was white and green butwanted it to match the photo. I desaturated the paper first, then selected the area that I wanted orange with the Lasso Tool. I filled the selection with Orange, using the Color Picker Tool on the photo, and set the Blending Mode to Overlay. I added a layer mask and then erased some of the areas that were orange that I wanted to stay grey.
