I told you there would be more tulips ;-) We visited 3 different tulip-growing venues in Skagit Valley Washington. This is RoozenGaarde, the most spectacular of the three, with 1 million bulbs planted in their display gardens.
I love splashing big beautiful colorful photos across my pages, so WaterColor Template Albums are a favorite. I simply duplicate the FotoBlendz layer to cover my photos (usually takes about 6 copies, then I supplement with brushes and erasers). Then I add in the stains on the perimeter and color them. Transfers from MiniPalette Shivoo (FREE with $20 purchase from May 5-9) added dynamic edges.
