Done for the May 2022 Art Journal Challenge #4

I began with a solid black background, and then I used a photo of mine of dogwood blossoms processed in Deep Dream Generator for part of the background texture and reduced the opacity of the photo. Then I blended 2 other papers of Vicki’s to finish the background. From there I just added paint, marks and other elements, some of them being filled with white or black.

love the journaling and titlework with the different fonts/wordart. the black background is beautiful, wonderful blending!

When I was working on mine I discovered that black & white can have a lot of different moods. This is a fun one with a nice message.
