First I ran my photo through Deep Dream Generator to get the oil painting effect. I blended two papers (blue over dark green using Lighten. I added my photo and then the drizzle overlay (Divide) I added a layer mask to the photo layer and used a soft grungy brush to erase the hard edge of the photo.
This is awesome, Chris. I thought your image was processed with DDG when I first saw it in the gallery. Beautiful and awesome colors. Our Monday will be overcast, but thank God, no rain or snow!! I can finally get out and about.
