A paper from PotPourri Value Pack 2 was used as the foundation of the page. Frames from FIT Pack 2V page 3 were arranged on the page. The images were clipped to the frame masks. Artsy Transfers Get Away 2 and 5 were layered behind the frames. Some of the layers were turned off, moved or the blending mode was changed. Sea Sprinklez and MM Shells 1 were added. The starfish were recolored. The page was completed by adding an Edge Overlay, word art and journaling.

Hmmmm, doesn't look too stable :) but looks like W had a good time using it. Love the idea of having the wind fill it.
