Photos taken on my walk home.
I took a very simple approach here - Blend a large photo with mask and brushes, add detail via Framed Photos, then add Artsy Transfers.
Other than some Urban Threadz, I used no elements. I add Innwe and Outer Glows to these Threadz to get a light look.
