My attempt at Art Inspiration inspired by all the fab ones on here .Not sure it would work as don't have Photoshop I use Craft Artist - This is an element from Venezia by Lynne Anelc - https://www.oscraps.com/shop/Venezia.html . I changed the colour with saturation mode then blended 2 together, then darken blend onto a background. Then changed the background and blended 2 together. The blue at top and bottom is another background colour changed and used part of it linear blend. Dots at top were from a very old kit again blended colour burn.
