April 2022 Challenge #1 - Artist Inspiration
For all the elements I used the Filter Dry Brush and Ocean Ripple.
For the couple I used the Filters Dry Brush and Cutout. I also played with Levels.
To get more color on my page I added a new layer, filled it with the Gradient green_15 and set the Blend Mode to Saturation.
To get more wetness on the street I added a new layer, did some brush strokes in white and used Gaussian Blur
