APP Imagination Solid creates the foundation. The photo was clipped to the Flutterby FotoBlendz. The APP Joyful transfers paint the area behind the FotoBlendz. APP Inflorescence Artsy Paper was positioned between the photo and the transfers. This changed the intensity of the transfers. Duplicates of the photo were blended into the ground. The WordArt layers were added for visual texture.
